Hello!

For years, I thrived as an athlete… then after experiencing loss and hardship, reality smacked me. I quickly clung onto food as my emotional escape and because of that, I knew my bad habits of poor dieting were going to cost me like never before. Before I knew it, I was 75 pounds heavier than I had ever been. I felt like I didn't know where to start once my athletic college career was at an end.


I made the mental switch to start over with my fitness education. I learned everything I could and finally vowed to master the kitchen. Today, after competing in several body-building competitions, I have decided to use my education to help transform other peoples lives!

How do I receive the program?

The program is available through my website on the members only section after you have purchased. Go to the services page, choose a plan, make payment and enter all your personal details and I will start putting together your personalized program! 

Is this a subscription based program?

Yes, the reason I have chosen to do this is so you can continue your progress as maintenance is so important. You have the option of a monthly based program or quarterly. This means the programs are constantly updated with workouts and meals tailored just for you depending on the program of your choosing plus continuous support from myself and my team. The beauty of this is that you are not tied in and you can cancel at anytime.

Is the program available world wide?

Yes! It’s imperative to me that anyone in the world can access this program.

Can I do the plan at home?

We can tailor the plan for you to complete this in your own home if you wish! All you need is a set of weights/dumbbells. You would need to select home only on the set up form.

Refunds and returns.

How do I cancel?

To cancel your subscription you must email myself with at least 7 days notice so that you are not charged again. Please note that when you cancel all plans and support will be removed from your account.

I’m new to the gym - is this good for a beginner?

The workout is entirely tailored to you and your goals. So if you are new to the gym I’ve got your back with your very own personalized program. Choose weights that are light for your fitness levels and gradually work your way up.

Is each month the same?

No, each month is different. This will involve an increase weight, change of exercises and changes in your meal plan that is constantly updated. It’s all about progress and maintenance.

As a former conference winning college athlete, I can relate to those who feel lost or unmotivated when it comes to life outside of sports.

I had to figure out how to adapt to a new lifestyle which no longer included doing what I loved doing, rowing. I thought I could still inhale food as if I was going to practice the next morning, and it is safe to say, my body adjusted to those extra carbs QUICKLY. I began to learn a lot about my body and accept the improvements that are to be made and continue to better my mental and physical health along the way. While on my journey, I had to keep reminding myself that results will not happen overnight, and CONSISTENT results don’t happen with temporary habits. I needed to tap into a different mindset and reevaluate what it was that I wanted to do FOR ME and not what I thought everyone else wanted me to be. The DEMI Method is about being Disciplined, being able to hold yourself to a higher standard and I am here to cheer you on, push you, and to guide you every step of the way.

The DEMI Method is also about Excellence, which is hard to achieve when you don’t have that level of accountability. Having access to that support system and a team behind you supporting your journey every step of the way. The DEMI Method is about Motivation. Motivation is more than wanting to look good on vacation, looking better in a pair of jeans or in pictures, it’s about the longevity of life and enjoying every moment as a better you.
